AI Rap Maker (freeairapgenerator.com) is operated by Ye Fang Yao, an individual based in the United Kingdom. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean the operator, and "you" means anyone who uses the site. By using AI Rap Maker you agree to these terms.

AI Rap Maker is an online tool that writes rap lyrics, generates rap songs and turns photos into lip-synced rap videos using AI. You may only upload photos and audio you have the right to use. You must be at least 18 years old.

• Upload photos of people without their consent, or make anyone appear to rap or say something they did not agree to.
• Upload songs or recordings you do not own or have permission to use.
• Create sexual content, content involving minors, hate, threats, or content meant to harass, defraud or impersonate anyone.
• Use results to mislead people about what a real person said or did.
• Try to get around our limits, moderation or security, or resell the service.

See the Content Policy for details. We may refuse a request, remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Songs and videos are paid for with credits. Credits are sold in one-time packs at the prices shown on the Pricing page, in US dollars. There are no subscriptions and no automatic renewals. Credits do not expire, cannot be transferred, and have no cash value. Payments are handled by our payment provider; we never see or store your full card details.

Failed generations are refunded in credits automatically. Unused credit packs can be refunded within 14 days. See the Refund Policy.

You keep the rights to what you upload. Subject to these terms and the rights of others, you may use the lyrics, songs and videos you create, including commercially. Because results are generated by AI, similar outputs may be created for other users, and we cannot guarantee a result is free of third-party rights. Every result is marked as AI-generated in its file metadata; do not remove or hide that it was made with AI when you share it. Uploaded files and results are deleted automatically after 24 hours.

We try to keep the service running, but it may be unavailable at times. We may change features or these terms; the date above shows the latest version. If a change materially affects paid credits you already hold, we will tell you by email.

The service is provided "as is". AI results can be imperfect, and you are responsible for how you use them. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK or in another country, you keep any mandatory consumer protections of where you live.
